erection sequence
Review the installation construction drawings;
2. Check whether the size of on-site pool is consistent with the construction drawing;
3. According to the site conditions and drawings, locate the main intake pipe first;
4. Set out at the position where the aeration hose is installed;
5. Punch according to the line, specification: Φ 12 * 40mm, with a spacing of 500mm, insert the galvanized inner expansion bolt, keep the height consistent, hit the inner expansion core, and expand the inner expansion The bolt is fixed;
6. Insert the stainless steel screw rod into the galvanized inner expansion bolt, screw it to the bottom and fasten it;
7. Adjust the opening direction of the plastic ring of the aeration hose bracket to keep consistent with the length direction of the aeration hose, and then tighten the lower nut of the plastic ring;
8. Open the upper part of the plastic ring;
9. Connect one end of the aeration hose connector and fasten it with two hose clamps. After completion, pull the aeration hose from the top of the bracket to the other end of the aeration hose connector, tighten it, and fasten it with two hose clamps at the connector. (If only one end of the air inlet, connect a DN50 ABS pipe with a blind cover at the end of the aeration hose and fasten it.)
10. Close the upper part of the plastic ring and fasten it. The aeration hose is installed, and other aeration hoses are installed and so on.
Precautions:
(1) The inner expansion bolt hole shall not be too deep. It is better to control it at 40mm and strictly prevent dust from entering, otherwise it will directly affect the installation of stainless steel screw rod; (2) The aeration hose must not be twisted, and must be leveled and straightened; (3) . When tightening the plastic ring, strict attention must be paid not to dislocation, otherwise it is easy to produce sharp corners, which may cause abrasion to the aeration hose; (4) It is recommended to install a blowdown vent pipe and a blowdown valve at the main intake pipe to ensure the lasting, reliable and stable operation of the aeration system.
